Built an Amazon meets Facebook for corporate education for the Crotonville organization called BrilliantYOU. At its time, it was recognized as a disruptor in the way learning is done in corporate.

Additionally, stood up the learning shared services and turned around an enterprise risk impacting 400K employees in 170 countries debilitating the enterprise to execute on key strategic initiatives

Enabled many F100 companies solve their business problems via transformational initiatives. Sampling includes end-to-end redesign of consumer banking process, SAP implementations, Retail Transformation and more. Primarily led the people dimension of the transformation. 

In addition, built out firm-wide capabilities and tools called the Learning Print, and Methods library, and was nominated the National Service Line lead for Learning and Learning Technology areas.
